Office Hours

Arrival Time

If you are a new client, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. During this time you will complete our client health information form and we will consult with you about your current health care needs at no additional charge.

For Your Comfort

Our office is designed to promote relaxation and help you leave your stresses behind. For your comfort and that of others, we request that you turn off pagers and cell phones before entering our office.

Please advise your therapist prior to your appointment if you will be bringing children under the age of 12.

Cancellation Policy

We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice. Cancellations of less than 8 hours before appointment will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. No Show appointments will be charged full price for the service scheduled. If a client has scheduled an appointment with a gift certificate and does not show for the appointment, the gift certificate will become invalid.

Late Arrivals

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.
